Here’s the brief terms and conditions we have for wholesale.

1. How to place order

Submit your order via our official site at www.binomassage.com
You must be a registered user for wholesale order. If you have not yet registered please fill in the wholesale sign up form www.binomassage.com/wholesale-sign-up ,click on “Create new account” to submit your information.

2. Returns

Returns must be made within 15 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without Bino prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged.

For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ there is a re-stocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to the customer.

Please email us with details of the product prior to returning it.

3. Payments

Payoneer is the preferred payment method for wholesale order.

You can also order by credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express)

If paying via Payoneer, please email us through the proof of payment.

4. Shipping

The delivery time will depend on the destination country. Expect 20-30 days shipping to popular countries such as the US and UK. Shipping is included in the cost of goods.

5. Damages and Defects

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Bino at [email protected] within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.

6. Delivery Window

Please allow at least 10-14 days from the time of your order for the production time of the product. Larger orders may require more time. Please contact me for information about availability.
