Very surprised that the lower settings give results too. I suffer from arthritis and often find my legs and ankles get quite stiff. Not a problem anymore. I would highly recommend this.

    I have Neuropathy in both feet and legs and constant burning pain in both feet and legs which stops me from walking any distance due to the severe burning in my feet and legs. Read one review as a customer has what I have and took it on his review and now I can honestly say it does bring some feeling back into your feet and legs, but it does work, and hope this wee E.M.I unit can last as I use it every day maybe 3 times a day and I can feel it now working, but you have to be dedicated to using it every day and not just when you feel like it as it is great value for money and would recommend this as I did see others that were more expensive but for me, this is one I will hold my hands up to as I also got my wife one and she has Lupus (SLE) and Fibromyalgia and other medical issues, and when she started to use it she got a bit of feeling back into her feet. Everyone is different and your choose what suits you and your feet as expensive units aren’t always reliable which I found out through time but this wee unit EMI does pack a punch as it helps us.     I suffer with foot nerve pain and swelling in my feet as I have type 2 diabetes. I first came across one of these mats in a shopping booklet but its was £40 way to much to spend on something you don’t even know is going to work for you. So I decided to see if Amazon sold them. There are quite a few versions of this mat on there. So I started to read the reviews and what I like about this companies one was that the reviews seemed more genuine I also used the logic that you tend to get what you pay for. You can get much cheaper versions but I decided this looked like a better one to go for.It came quickly and was very easy to charge up and it’s very easy to change modes and intensities just by pressing with your big toe. I use it either sitting my my armchair or on the edge of the bed.I have been using this for around a month now and I can honestly say it does help. You can definitely feel it (you do need to have clean dry bare feet), what I love is how portable it is. I can have this by the bed and if I wake up because my feet are hurting I can use this without waking up my OH. It’s also going to be great to take on holiday with us as it’s so thin and light.I would highly recommend this mat to anyone who suffers with water retention in their feet and/or foot pain to try this.

    So after seeing reviews of this exploding, I decided to charge this through a battery pack and it worked fine. It was actually quite relaxing for my legs, easy to use and for the price it was good value and worth a punt. I guess it did provide me some pain relief but the overall experience is horrific, I can’t tolerate anything more than setting 1, even after a few weeks use. I may be a sensitive snowflake but the whole thing just made every muscle in my body contract, and not in a good way. I am not sure how I did not loose use of my bowels and pap my panties! Use with caution, and make sure you put a towel down!

    My only concern, it should clearly say…should not be used if you have high blood pressure. It’s in small text in the instruction leaflet

    This is an excellent product. I could not afford the big Revitive products which cost over £100 so I thought I’d give this a chance. I am so glad that I did! It is so easy to use, light weight and easy to store. The burning sensation and pain in my legs have disappeared after 2 weeks use at 20 mins. per day. I am continuing to use it to maintain the good result. I use it on the massage programme, starting at 5, but I turn it up to 9 after about 5 mins. The muscle vibration can be felt from toes to knees. I recommend highly.

    It helped a bit but I think I need a stronger one as it only goes up to 9 setting and I barely felt a thing xx
